You can send us a message via the "contact seller" link on any of our item pages, or email us directly at: contact @ artofadornment.ca (remove spaces). If regarding an order, please include "eCRATER" and/or order number in message.

We respond to messages within 24 hours (check home page for any vacation notice, as shop closure will delay our reply). Check your spam/junk mail folder before retrying if you have not received a message from us.

**Note: some SBCglobal, ATT and Earthlink users are not receiving our replies. This is an issue with your ISP and beyond our control - try sending from Gmail, Hotmail or other web-based email address.
