You can send us a message via the "contact seller" link on any of our item pages, or email us directly at: contact @ artofadornment.ca (remove spaces). If regarding an order, please include "eCRATER" in the subject line and if possible, give your order number in your message.

We respond to messages within 24 hours (check home page for any vacation notice, as shop closure will delay our reply). Check your spam/junk mail folder before retrying if you have not received a reply from us after 24 hours.

**Note: some SBCglobal, ATT and Earthlink users are not receiving our replies. This is an issue with your ISP and beyond our control - try sending from Gmail, Hotmail or other web-based email address.
