All duty fees are prepaid - no extra charges upon delivery! Our handmade items are already duty-free under the USMCA trade agreement, however a few foreign-made products we sell, as well as postal service shipping, require charging duty fees (they're included in your order total).
Our postal workers' union in Canada is currently on rotating strike, therefore minor delays of 2-4 business days for domestic and international shipments are possible. We use couriers like UPS, DHL (etc) as much as possible, but use Post for all overseas orders due to significantly lower cost. Please contact us BEFORE purchase if you prefer a specific carrier or speed. Orders to P.O. box addresses can only be sent via postal service.
We ship to most areas worldwide (some exclusions due to import restrictions) from our shop in Canada, however the eCRATER Marketplace limits us to displaying only a few country options at a time. Please contact us if your country is not listed, and we can give you a quote on shipping.

Yes! When buying multiple items, add all items to cart and click "Check Out" button when finished shopping to pay for everything in one transaction (you will save $$ on shipping costs). Items paid separately ship separately, no exceptions.
Nope! 98% of our stock here is handmade by ONE dedicated designer - but "designer" doesn't have to mean high prices! If you're a smart businessperson (as our owner is!), you buy high quality materials wholesale from around the world, get supplies in bulk, and work from a small private studio. Our jewelry is not mass-made in a production line! Overhead costs are low, materials costs are low, and work is done in small batches. For the last 20 years, we have lived by the belief that ALL income levels should be able to own beautiful things, without pretentious markups!

Delivery by Economy (default) service can take about 1-3 weeks worldwide. For express shipping, please contact us with your country and postal code before purchase for a quote. Sometimes deliveries to non-Canadian addresses are delayed by Customs, see question below. If you're not located in Canada, your parcel must cross your country's border, which means it may be inspected by government Customs import services. This can sometimes cause delays by a few days, but in rare cases 1-2 weeks (ITALY, ASIA, AFRICA, MID-EAST, SOUTH AMERICA: long delays are more likely). This is beyond our control and should be expected, especially during Nov/Dec. Customer is responsible for paying any import taxes ("duty" fees), which are based on the value of the order. We cannot lie about the declared item value; mail fraud is a federal offence. USA shipments: any duty fees are already included ("prepaid") in the shipping cost, as required by new import laws. Other countries may or may not be charged duty upon delivery.
By default, we use Economy services, and tracking may not be available at this price tier to all locations worldwide. If you require tracking, please contact us with your country and postal code before purchase for a quote.
Tights, gloves, customized and discounted items are final sale. Final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances. These include "Made to Order", "Special Order", custom designed and altered/customized items since they are made to your specifications. PayPal is one of the world's largest online checkout systems which processes credit/debit card transactions. You're not required to have an account with PayPal, but you can sign up if you wish (www.paypal.com). You don't have to use it though - direct credit card payment (processed via Stripe) is also available. In either case, your financial info is securely encrypted and never revealed to the merchant.
Yes, to Canadian destinations only. By law, we must charge GST to the final total on all orders delivered to Canadian addresses.
Usually, yes. If the shopping cart won't let you change quantity after you add it, please let us know. We usually have more stock available that we can pull from our other shops, and can edit the listing so you can buy more.
We can no longer make custom designs from scratch due to heavy workload. But if you see an item you would like to change (different colour stone, more/less beads, wider velvet ribbon, etc.) we can usually accommodate by making minor customizations. A small design fee may apply.
